Costumes 'n Things ships all orders via Australia Post standard post depending on weight and destination for the rate displayed on each item’s page.

All orders are shipped from Penrith New South Wales during business hours Monday to Friday.

You should allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days delivery time and even longer during peak times such as at Christmas.

All orders are posted or shipped to the address you indicate in your order and we will post or ship orders to an address other than your own if that is what you request when placing your order.

Although every effort is made to have your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated shipping times may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order was sent by Australia Post and it has not arrived after 10 working days have elapsed please contact your local Post Office to see if there are any known delays before contacting us.

We will send a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
